The information we collect through our product helps us provide you with information specific to your needs and interests. This privacy policy covers the CRM Assistant add-on (hereby known as "add-on"). Please read below to review our privacy policy and the types of information we gather through our add-on. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us", "our" and other similar references mean RT Dynamic, and "you" and "your" and other similar references mean a user of the add-on. By signing up for and using the add-on, you accept the practices described in this privacy policy. This privacy policy applies to the CRM Assistant website and governs data collection, processing and usage in compliance with GDPR as of May 25th, 2018.

How Does the Add-On Gather and Use Information?

Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added. Cookies allow web applications to tailor their operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. CRM Assistant does not use cookies. No cookies are installed or stored as part of the add-on, and we do not track or retain any browsing data through cookie mechanisms.

Server Statistics

We only collect server-related information when it is voluntarily submitted by a user through a specific support form. This information is used solely to help us identify and resolve any technical issues users may be experiencing with the add-on.

Personal Information

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" is any information that identifies you, or would enable someone to contact you. We only collect Personal Information when a user purchases the add-on from a third-party marketplace, such as the SuiteCRM Store or SugarCRM Marketplace. This may include your name, email address, company name, and other contact details provided during the purchase process. We use your Personal Information to complete transactions, respond to your requests, deliver the products and services you request, and notify you of updates to the add-on.

Controlling Your Personal Information

If you tell us that you do not want us to use your Personal Information to contact you, we will comply with the applicable law. You may instruct RT Dynamic to stop sending you emails or other information by sending an email to product.support@rtdynamic.com with your name, email address, and your opt-out instructions with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject, or if available, following the 'unsubscribe' instructions provided. RT Dynamic may, however, continue to use your Personal Information to contact you to service your account or as otherwise authorized by law.

Access Requests

Individuals have access to the Personal Data about them that RT Dynamic holds and are able to correct, amend, or delete that information where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Privacy Principles. If you would like to modify or delete your Personal Data, please submit a request at product.support@rtdynamic.com with clear instructions about what you would like modified or deleted. We will respond to your request within 30 days after a complete request is received.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Limited Use of Your Google User Data

The CRM Assistant add-on integrates with Gmail to provide CRM users with access to their email communications directly within the CRM platform. In order to enable this functionality, the add-on accesses the following Gmail user data:

• Message bodies (including the full content of emails and attachments)
• Email subject lines
• Sender and recipient email addresses
• Email metadata (such as labels, timestamps, and thread IDs)
• Email headers (including routing and content-type information)
• User email settings (such as signature or forwarding preferences, if applicable)

This data is used solely to display, organize, and manage email communications within the CRM interface. The add-on does not use this data for advertising purposes or share it with third parties, except as necessary to operate the add-on or comply with applicable laws.

Human access to this data is strictly limited. It is only permitted when:

• The user has explicitly given consent
• It is required for security or abuse investigation
• It is necessary to comply with legal obligations
• It is used internally in aggregated and anonymized form

CRM Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Security Procedures Does RT Dynamic Use To Protect Personal Information and Content?

We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and correctly using your Personal Information. We use reasonable efforts to avoid the presence of malware on our site or as part of the add-on. Except to the extent due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, we disclaim, and are not liable for any technical issues caused by the add-on, including any malware communicated to your computer or mobile device through any use of the add-on. Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we use commercially reasonable efforts to limit access to your Personal Information to the employees of RT Dynamic who need the information for their jobs.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose nor provide personal data to third parties.

Other companies or organizations may have links to their websites in our Service. We are not responsible for how these other companies or organizations collect, use, disclose, or secure the information that you provide them. If you choose to access a third-party website through a link provided somewhere on our add-on, you do so at your own risk and subject to any terms of service or privacy policy (if any) associated with such a third-party website. Similarly, we use third-party provided APIs and other tools to receive information from accounts to which you give us access (e.g., your email account(s) and your CRM platform). We are not responsible for errors or other issues associated with the functionality of such APIs and other tools.

Collection of Information from Children

RT Dynamic does not direct our add-on specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from children under thirteen (13). If we learn that a user is under thirteen (13) years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information we have collected about that user. If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not send us any information about yourself.

RT Dynamic may at our sole discretion edit this Privacy Policy. Notice of all changes to the Privacy Policy will be provided as specified in the Terms of Service.

Modification and Notification of Changes

RT Dynamic is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected from our add-on helps us better understand our market and consumer interests. This allows us to serve our customers and business associates with the level of satisfaction they deserve.
